About Grace Lee

Grace Lee, MA

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

My hope for our time together is for you to feel seen and heard. Through the therapeutic process, I want you to experience hope, healing and a better sense of who you are, all the while discovering the power you possess within you to change (your perspective and your behavior).

I have many years of experience working with children & adolescents, adults, couples and families of multicultural identities and backgrounds. I am experienced in conducting therapy across a diverse population. I work hand-in-hand with clients to treat a variety of clinical disorders, including depression, managing stress and anxiety, addiction, anger management issues, adjustment disorders, self harming behaviors, and trauma related issues.

I particularly enjoy working with older adolescents and young adults as they are navigating their own identity. I have worked in a suburban high school providing students with mental health counseling for over 4 years. I consulted with many schools in educating their counselors and social workers about bi-cultural sensitivities regarding their student population. Because of my work with young people, I am also able to support and guide parents through the difficult stage of teen adolescence. I enjoy using an eclectic approach to therapy that is client focused and culturally appropriate. Each treatment is catered to individual needs and concerns that involves utilizing personal strengths to promote self growth. I love watching my clients thrive in meeting their goals!

I received my undergraduate degree from Boston University and my graduate work from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Specialization. I am also fluent in Korean.

Outside of my practice, I am busy chasing one or all three of my children! I also love music of many varieties, enjoy traveling, learning about new places, people and cultures, the outdoors and yoga.

I look forward to hearing about you and your story. Feel free to give me a call!
